Laura Linney
Laura Linney was born in New York, New York on 5 February 1964. She is an American actress who is known for her ability to portray tough characters, but also at risk. Linney is a member of a theatre family her father was a playwright, Romulus Linney. Linney studied at the Arts Theatre School at Moscow before graduating with an M.F.A. from Juilliard School. New York City, 1990. The year 1990 was the year she started her Broadway career. She was praised for both Hedda Gabrieller and Six Degrees of Separation.
