In April 2019, Pop Smoke released his breakout single Welcome to the Party the first single from his debut mixtape, Meet the Woo (2019). In August the track was remixed a second time, first featuring Nicki Minaj featuring and another time featuring Skepta. It was noted due to its use of UK drill production that was later heard in his discography. It was due to the regular collaboration with 808Melo, who is a British drill producer. Mpr Flexin & Dior are two of his songs that are well-known are. After the success in the release of Welcome to the Party he worked with other well-known artists for singles like: War featuring Lil Tjay and 100k on a Coupe featuring Calboy. Gatti was a collaboration that he had with JackBoys, Travis Scott in December 2019, which was the final track on the album.
