The song is also referred to Mr. Capalot or Polo Capalot the ace rapper from Chicago Illinois, started gaining attention after he began releasing songs on YouTube. His first singles were released, such as never Cared and The Come Up. Following that, he launched on SoundCloud with the release of his mixtape Official POLO.G SoundCloud. Gang With Me was Gang With Me's debut single. Soon after, it was later followed by a second track, Finer Things. While in jail He wrote the third track.
